1. License Grant: Provider grants to Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for the duration of the active subscription.

2. Intellectual Property: Provider retains all rights to Website Templates, Android App source code, and Management App source code. Client retains rights to uploaded Content (logos, text, images).

3. Acceptable Use: Client is responsible for all content uploaded. Client may customize colors, fonts, and images within the provided parameters.

4. Termination: Upon termination, Client’s license to use the templates and apps ceases.
